For as long as she can remember, her dream was to create a fashion line that reflected how she felt about the planet, and the people who call it home.
But unlike most brands, the goal of this venture wouldn’t be to “make it” into giant chain stores, or to latch on to the latest trends. This brand would focus on making the most UNIQUE clothing imaginable, using never before seen stylings, while incorporating as much sustainable materials as possible!
From ultra high-fashion hoodies & resort wear, to custom robes & boots, each collection has been expertly designed by Hanalei, and hand-made in beautiful Bali, Indonesia, by MASTER craftsmen & seamstresses from the community. Not only does this add to the authenticity of the brand, but it also provides jobs for many of the locals.
And if that wasn’t enough, Hanalei’s passion for helping others was so strong, she decided to dedicate a portion of each sale to helping underprivileged kids in places like India, Africa, & various countries throughout Southeast Asia.
In these places, people (especially children) are in DESPERATE NEED of food, clothing, and shelter, so any assistance they can get from those who care goes a long way... While the vast majority of companies in the fashion industry only care about their bottom line, we wanted to do things differently... Instead of continuing to destroy ecosystems, further pollute the environment, or maintain the harsh treatment of children, we chose to source the most environmentally friendly materials as possible, use local workers from Bali and surrounding areas to help boost their economy and raise the quality of life, and help children stay in school by providing money for uniforms.
